Please read through this Policy in detail before you make any purchase, return, exchange or request for refund for your purchases.

Returns

  1. Product(s) in new & original condition can be returned & exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase.
  2. Original receipt must be presented for exchange or return.
  3. Original product is required. Exchanged or returned product(s) must be in its new and original condition, original product packaging attached with its original price tags and labels.
  4. Product(s) can be exchanged or returned within six months from the date of purchase if there is manufacturing defect found, subject to the applicable law. And original product is required.
  5. Product(s) purchased from our physical stores can ONLY be returned & REFUNDED in the original store you purchased the product(s).
  6. Product(s) purchased from our physical stores can be EXCHANGED at any of our physical store.
  7. Product(s) sold at sale prices due to existing defects are not eligible for return, refund and exchange.
  8. Any form of Vouchers, coupons, discount codes, promotional codes used on the returned product(s) will NOT be returned or refunded.
  9. Product(s) purchased by using shopping mall voucher is allowed for exchange only; strictly no return or refund is allowed. The customer(s) must strictly comply with the terms and conditions of the shopping mall voucher.
  10. Sweet Pet reserves the rights to reject any exchange or return that do not fulfill any of the above stated requirements.
  11. Sweet Pet reserves the right to amend this policy at any time.
