Refund & Exchange policy
Please read through this Policy in detail before you make any purchase, return, exchange or request for refund for your purchases.
Products that CANNOT be returned or exchanged:
Returns
- Product(s) in new & original condition can be returned & exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase.
- Original receipt must be presented for exchange or return.
- Original product is required. Exchanged or returned product(s) must be in its new and original condition, original product packaging attached with its original price tags and labels.
- Product(s) can be exchanged or returned within six months from the date of purchase if there is manufacturing defect found, subject to the applicable law. And original product is required.
- Product(s) purchased from our physical stores can ONLY be returned & REFUNDED in the original store you purchased the product(s).
- Product(s) purchased from our physical stores can be EXCHANGED at any of our physical store.
- Product(s) sold at sale prices due to existing defects are not eligible for return, refund and exchange.
- Any form of Vouchers, coupons, discount codes, promotional codes used on the returned product(s) will NOT be returned or refunded.
- Product(s) purchased by using shopping mall voucher is allowed for exchange only; strictly no return or refund is allowed. The customer(s) must strictly comply with the terms and conditions of the shopping mall voucher.
- Sweet Pet reserves the rights to reject any exchange or return that do not fulfill any of the above stated requirements.
- Sweet Pet reserves the right to amend this policy at any time.
